These standard terms apply to quotations and orders placed with Gulfline Industrial. Your signed contract or confirmed order takes priority over this page where the two differ.

1. Quotations

All quotations are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Quoted prices exclude freight, insurance and any third-party inspection fees unless separately confirmed.

2. Orders

An order is confirmed when we receive your written purchase order and the agreed advance payment. Verbal agreements are not binding.

3. Payment

Payment terms are stated on each quotation. Standard terms are T/T with an agreed advance and balance before shipment. Goods remain our property until full payment is received.

4. Delivery

The delivery schedule is confirmed in the quotation. Delivery times start from the date the advance payment and all technical details are received.

5. Quality and Claims

Each order ships with material test certificates. Claims must be raised in writing within 30 days of arrival at destination, with photos and supporting details, so we can review and respond.

6. Force Majeure

Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, port congestion and government actions.

7. Governing Terms

Disputes are resolved through friendly negotiation first. Where negotiation fails, the case is submitted according to the terms stated in the signed contract.
